Gamify IAS membership is delivered digitally to the student account used at checkout. No physical products are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
Activation
Access is activated after the backend verifies a captured payment. This normally occurs on receipt of payment confirmation; if confirmation is delayed, use Check payment or refresh your membership. Background reconciliation also checks pending payments.
If access is missing
Check that you are signed into the same email address used for the purchase. If your account still shows a pending payment, use Check payment and contact support with the payment reference. Do not make a second payment just to resolve delayed activation.
Duration
The weekly pass is valid for seven days. Annual access ends 365 days after the first verified installment, and access pauses if the second installment is overdue.
